Why it matters here

A System That Quits In A Storm Isn’t A Security System

Most security systems on the Gulf Coast report over the internet and run on grid power. Both fail in the same event — and that event is the one you bought the system for.

Cellular Signal Path

Reporting runs over cellular, not your internet connection. When the line goes down, the alarm still reaches the monitoring center.

Battery Backup Standard

Panels, controllers, and cameras carry battery backup as part of the build — not as an upgrade line you find out about after the outage.

One Local Team

The person who designs it installs it, and the person who installs it answers the service call. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor or a national call center.

Coverage

Coverage That Matches How Homes Are Approached

Front door, driveway, and the side yard nobody watches — home incidents follow predictable paths, and camera placement should too. We design from your lot, not from a four-camera kit, with resolution where identification matters.

  • Face-legible detail at doors, plate-legible at the driveway
  • True night vision assessed at your property, at night, not off a spec sheet
  • Doorbell, exterior, and garage coverage on one app

When the power drops

Recording continues on battery backup, and alerts still reach your phone over cellular where the system includes it. The dark house during an outage is precisely the house worth watching.

Wired vs WiFi

The Honest Wired-Versus-Wireless Answer

WiFi cameras are fine until the WiFi is not — and battery cameras trade reliability for convenience twice a year on a ladder. Wired cameras cost more to install and then cost nothing in attention. We will tell you which position genuinely warrants which, per camera.

  • Wired-first recommendations with per-position reasoning
  • Local recording — no monthly cloud fee to see your own footage
  • Clean installation: concealed runs, sealed penetrations, no staples

When the power drops

A wired system on battery backup keeps recording locally through the outage. A WiFi camera on a dead router records nothing and tells no one. That difference is most of the wired premium.

Smart Alerts

Alerts Worth Looking At

A camera that pings for every headlight trains you to ignore it — which is worse than no camera. Person and vehicle detection with per-zone rules means the 2am alert is a person in the driveway, not a palm frond in the wind.

  • Person/vehicle detection with zones you help draw at install
  • Clip-attached phone alerts, reviewable in seconds
  • Quiet hours and sensitivity tuned so you never mute it

When the power drops

Detection runs on the recorder, on battery — so the alert that matters still fires, storm or not, and carries the clip with it.

Common questions

Before You Call

What does a home camera system cost?

A typical wired four-camera system with a recorder lands in the low-to-mid four figures installed; doorbell-plus-two setups come in under that. Itemized per camera, so coverage scales to budget.

Do I have to pay monthly to see my footage?

No. Recording is local to your own hardware — the footage is yours without a subscription. Monitoring and cellular-backed alerting are optional monthly services, not a toll on your own cameras.

Will the wiring be visible on my house?

Runs are concealed through attic and soffit wherever the construction allows, penetrations are sealed, and exterior cable is routed and clipped clean. The install should look like it came with the house.

What actually happens during a hurricane or an outage?

The panel switches to battery and keeps reporting over cellular, so monitoring continues even with no power and no internet at the building. Cameras on battery backup keep recording. You keep phone access to the system as long as you have a signal, wherever you have evacuated to.

Which areas do you cover?

Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, and Bay counties — Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Milton, Pace, Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Crestview, Niceville, Panama City, and the communities between them.
