Do I have to pay monthly to see my footage?
No. Recording is local to your own hardware — the footage is yours without a subscription. Monitoring and cellular-backed alerting are optional monthly services, not a toll on your own cameras.
Will the wiring be visible on my house?
Runs are concealed through attic and soffit wherever the construction allows, penetrations are sealed, and exterior cable is routed and clipped clean. The install should look like it came with the house.
What actually happens during a hurricane or an outage?
The panel switches to battery and keeps reporting over cellular, so monitoring continues even with no power and no internet at the building. Cameras on battery backup keep recording. You keep phone access to the system as long as you have a signal, wherever you have evacuated to.
