Why it matters here

A System That Quits In A Storm Isn’t A Security System

Most security systems on the Gulf Coast report over the internet and run on grid power. Both fail in the same event — and that event is the one you bought the system for.

Cellular Signal Path

Reporting runs over cellular, not your internet connection. When the line goes down, the alarm still reaches the monitoring center.

Battery Backup Standard

Panels, controllers, and cameras carry battery backup as part of the build — not as an upgrade line you find out about after the outage.

One Local Team

The person who designs it installs it, and the person who installs it answers the service call. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor or a national call center.

Protection

Built Around Your House, Not A Package

Every house presents differently — the glass slider, the garage entry, the bedroom wing at the far end. We design from your floor plan: entry sensors where entries are, glass-break where the glass is, and motion coverage that your dog does not set off nightly.

  • Entry, glass-break, and motion coverage designed per floor plan
  • Pet-aware motion detection tuned at install, not shrugged at
  • Environmental sensors — smoke, water, and freeze on the same system

When the power drops

The panel switches to battery and keeps reporting over cellular — no landline, no internet required. Whether you rode the storm out at home or evacuated to Atlanta, the house is still monitored and your phone still knows what is happening in it.

Takeover

Already Have A System? Keep The Hardware.

Most existing panels — including the one a national brand locked you into — can be reprogrammed to our monitoring rather than replaced. You keep the equipment you already paid for, drop the contract you did not want, and get local service in the bargain.

  • Free evaluation of what your current system can carry forward
  • Cellular communicator upgrade for landline-era panels
  • Month-to-month monitoring — no long-term contract required

When the power drops

Takeovers get the same resilience audit as new installs: battery health checked, cellular communicator added if the old system reported over a phone line or the internet. Old hardware, current standards.

The App

The Whole House In One App

Arm and disarm from anywhere, see who is at the door, get the alert the moment something opens that should not — the Alarm.com platform, trusted by millions of households, tied to hardware we installed and stand behind.

  • Arm, disarm, and check status from your phone
  • Real-time alerts with video attached where cameras exist
  • Smart locks, lights, and thermostats on the same app

When the power drops

The app rides the cellular path too. During an outage you can still check status, see history, and know the system is on battery — which beats wondering from a hotel two states away.

First impressions matter and Seth delivered. I was looking for replacement home theater subwoofers and the manufacturer doesn't sell directly to the consumer. Seth answered my call, not an answering service or automated menu. He verified what I was looking for and asked follow up questions to ensure there weren't any specific configuration needs. He got back to me within a few hours with the replacement quote. I opted not to purchase the replacements and he was gracious and let me know he'd be happy to help with any other needs in the future. A lot of people could take lessons on this kind of customer service and long term relationship building.

The company I worked for was having some issues with the cameras . Sentient company out they did an assessment that let us know exactly how much it would be and when the bill came, it was exactly as they quoted when they came to do the work they were very professional and very polite not only when they got the job done they took the time to make sure that I could access the cameras through my phone, not only my phone, but my two bosses phones as well. They also took the time to make sure that each camera was programmed and labeled as I wanted it done. They were very patient with me and very understanding. I will always use this company.

Common questions

Before You Call

What does a home security system cost?

Most homes land in the low four figures installed depending on size and sensor count, with monitoring billed monthly, month to month. The quote is one complete installed price for the design — tell us the budget and we scope the system to it.

Do I need a landline or internet for monitoring?

No. Monitoring rides a cellular connection built into the panel, with battery backup for outages. Landlines and internet connections are exactly the links that fail in a storm, so we do not depend on either.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We offer month-to-month monitoring. Long multi-year agreements are a national-brand convention, not a technical requirement, and we do not use them to lock in customers who would otherwise leave.

What actually happens during a hurricane or an outage?

The panel switches to battery and keeps reporting over cellular, so monitoring continues even with no power and no internet at the building. Cameras on battery backup keep recording. You keep phone access to the system as long as you have a signal, wherever you have evacuated to.

Which areas do you cover?

Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, and Bay counties — Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Milton, Pace, Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Crestview, Niceville, Panama City, and the communities between them.
